What are the 3 levels of Cleanses available?

There is a cleanse available for even the most inexperienced “juicer.” We have three levels for you to enjoy based on your experience. So, you tell us, are you a virgin, amateur or pro?

Virgin: DON’T WORRY, WE PROMISE IT WON’T HURT. WE WON’T JUDGE YOU FOR YOUR INEXPERIENCE. WE CAN HELP YOU EASE INTO THIS PROCESS AND WE’RE HAPPY TO HELP YOU START DOING IT DAILY.

AMATEUR: Amateurs have been around the block a few times and know what they like but aren’t afraid to experiment. . You’ve played a bit with juices, but you’re not sure if you’re  ready to take it like a pro..

PRO: You can go long and you like it hard. You can last all day without any fluff.

HOW SHOULD I STORE THE JUICE CLEANSE?

COLD-PRESSED JUICE IS MADE WITH  RAW FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. THERE ARE NO PRESERVATIVES AND WE DO NOT HPP (HIGH PRESSURE PASTEURIZE) OUR JUICES. KEEP YOUR JUICE REFRIGERATED. WE PROVIDE A COOLER BAG WHEN PURCHASING A CLEANSE SO THAT YOU CAN KEEP YOUR JUICES COLD UNTIL YOU GET THEM INTO  THE REFRIGERATOR. MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR YOUR CLEANSE AND CONSUME IT PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION DATE ON THE BOTTLE.

 

Can I cleanse while at work?

Yes, you can cleanse while working. Be sure to talk to a staff member about which cleanse level is right for you. Pay attention to your personal needs and listen to your body.

 

From where is the produce sourced?

We source our produce from organic or local farmer’s markets in Nevada and California. Only the highest quality ingredients make it into our juices.

 

Do you use seasonal fruits and veggies?

We feature a rotating menu according to seasonal availability. Just like your wardrobe changes from bathing suits to sweaters, available produce changes through the seasons. Keep your eye out for seasonal recipes throughout the year.

 

What is cold-pressed juice?

Raw vegetables and fruit are literally pressed using a hydraulic press juicer that applies 15,000 pounds  of pressure to extract the juice from the pulp. Cold-pressing instead of the traditional centrifugal method  doesn't oxidize or degrade the vegetables and fruit and allows for little to no air to be introduced into the juice, which helps retain taste, nutrients, enzymes, and color. Cold-pressed juice is the closest form of raw pure vegetables and fruit, and allows you to get a concentrated amount of nutrients that would otherwise be difficult to achieve just by eating raw vegetables and fruit alone. Just one of our green juices provides more than the daily suggested servings of vegetables and fruit. You can drink your vegetables and be set for the day!

WHAT IS COLD-PRESSED JUICE?

 

BEFORE: IN ORDER TO GET THE MOST OUT OF CLEANSING, CUT BACK ON PROCESSED FOODS PRIOR AND REPLACING THEM WITH RAW FOOD AND JUICE INTAKE.

DURING: STAY HYDRATED TO HELP YOUR BODY PROCESS THE JUICE CLEANSE. IF YOU GET HUNGRY DURING THE CLEANSE, TRY OUR  SOUP TO NUTS ADD-ON. .

AFTER: YOUR BODY NEEDS TIME TO ADJUST TO EATING SOLID FOOD AGAIN, SO JUST LIKE ANY GOOD RELATIONSHIP – DON’T RUSH IN. WE RECOMMEND TO CONTINUE DRINKING 1-3 JUICES PER DAY FOR THE FIRST FEW DAYS TO EASE YOUR WAY BACK IN.

How should I prepare for my cleanse?

 

This depends on where you fall on the Virgin-Amatuer-Pro scale. If this is your first time cleansing, you may want to test the waters and take it slow. If you are looking for a more profound transformation, it will require more time and dedication. Be realistic with your goals, lifestyle and level of commitment.
